Remember www.toysfortots.org with your tax refund.Biblical teachings appear to indicate that tithing was practiced extensively in the Old Testament, the New Testament scriptures seem to teach the concept of "freewill offerings" as a means of supporting charity (see I Corinthians 16:2 and II Corinthians 9:7).
